Bijaya Gautam, a law graduate from Tribhuvan University and licensed advocate from Nepal Bar Council is a Chief legal advisor and legal consultant, at Paliv International. He is well trained in RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) gudielines and procedures. He undertakes the charge of all legal compliances and RBA related matters. At Plaiv besides being a legal advisor, his duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:

•  Reviewing and creating contracts, agreements and other legal documents
•  Negotiating in-house and outside contracts
• Analyzing corporate policies and practices for adherence to laws and regulations
• Applying knowledge of employment laws to resolve conflicts and ensure compliance
• Correspond with international parties.
• Ensures the company policies, procedures and functions are strictly as per RBA guidelines.
